Hi @theGENeralOX I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues collecting the key.
This issue is most likely due to an issue with the 'Light-Fingered' skill which has been reported here.
Can you try resetting (disable) the 'Light-Fingered' skill from the skills screen then try again.
