[2022] [TFS] Unable to defeat Hel as health bar will not reduce any further

Hi @OlgaBaikova @Abisai1978 I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced issues defeating Hel in The Forgotten Saga.

I have reported this to the development team to investigate.

Hi @OlgaBaikova @Abisai1978 the development team have asked if you could please confirm the following:

• Which armour you had equipped?
• Which weapons you had equipped and what there quality there were?
• Which abilities you had equipped?
• Which runes you had equipped?
• Did you use the summon wolf ally favour?
• Did anything peculiar happen while Hel's health bar was close to half and after it dropped to what it was showing in the video?

I understand that you may not remember any of these. The main ones we would like to know are which weapons you were using, but if you can provide as much information as possible it would be appreciated, thanks.

Also if you have a full video showing the entire fight this would be useful.

I also understand it can be difficult for some people to play for several hours without the option of saving, I will forward on your feedback.

And if you happen to have a video showing the full fight when you were unable to kill Hel?

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
