Hi @Therealestxxx @nsotastic I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering an online service error that is preventing you from accessing the game.
This is strange as the game can be played in offline mode and doesn't require an internet connection to play. The online connection is only required to access Ubisoft Connect, accept daily/weekly contracts from Reda, accessing Reda's store, accessing the Helix store and for uploading photos.
We have tested launching the game in offline mode on PS4 and it worked.
Could you please try disconnecting the internet connection on the PS4 console and try launching the game again to see if the error still occurs.
Can you also go through the console and connectivity troubleshooting then retry.
