[2023] [1.7.0] Unable to claim free weekly item

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue claiming the free weekly item.

Just to confirm is this issue only occurring on Tuesday during the reset of the weekly item or do you also encounter this after Tuesday?

@skojjalar can you confirm if the weekly item becomes available to you if you close and relaunch the game?

I will report this issue to the development team so that they can investigate further and to see if they can reproduce it on all platforms. So far these are the only reports we have received since the 1.7.0 update.

Hi @azullFR @orldan @skojjalar @SpirantCrayon22 can you confirm if you are still experiencing an issue claiming the free weekly item? If so the development team have asked if you could you please confirm the following:

• If you experience the issue without relaunching the game?
• If you are experiencing the issue after the 10 hour grace window for the refresh to occur for the the free weekly item reset on the 21st March?

Can you also provide a video demonstrating the issue and upload your latest save to the cloud.

@XBL_Laberbacke sorry for the confusion, what we meant by without relaunching the game was if you are using the quick resume, rest mode or switcher features on console.
