[2023] Crashing to desktop - no error. | Assassin's Creed: Valhalla Dev Tracker

Dear Ubisoft,

Rather [censored] off after such a long time when i tried to play this on my last computer which was more than capable, i have now bought a new one, extremely overpowered for the game and the constant crashing to desktop still happens.

Lets be clear, this is not my system, i have tried all the troubleshooting tips, verified game files, cleared cache etc. It still does it, your game is massively broken.

However, again after a lot of online research to find something that gives me a few hours of gameplay without crash, i found that there is an error log for the game.

I have checked it after the crash and found the following, what does it mean and how can you fix it?

In regards to the crashing itself - we do have an investigation ongoing at the moment for these reports but there are no further updates from this available at this time.

May we please know in your case where these crashes occur? Are they during normal gameplay or at launch?

Did the additional troubleshooting steps you've noted help reduce the crashes at all?
