[2022] BUG REPORT

I wanted to report a BUG, my (Burn Sticky Bomb) at Expertise Grade19 reduce to 0 level after killing Vivian Conley with a new character, I'm trying to report this problem (case number 16623162) but no one from ubisoft understands the problem. This case has nothing to do with the recent rollback proficiency. All players who repeated this process had the same problem.

1. I L40 character had the burn sticky bomb with Expertise Grade 19
2. I created a new character, went to NY and started on the NY campaign
3. On killing Vivian Conley, you acquired the burn sticky bomb for the new character (who is still below L40)
4. My original L40 character has the burn sticky bomb with Expertise Grade reset to zero
5. My Proficiency 10 the burn sticky bomb is ok
