[2021] Unable to confirm kill on Zealot 'Cola' as he has glitched under the map

I have killed the zealot "Cola" and he's glitched under the map, so I am unable to confirm the kill. He's the last kill I need to be able to get the last clue for the Father, and then be able to complete the game.

I cannot load a previous save, because I kept playing thinking it might correct itself. He's been bugged through a majority of the game, I've now completed 100% of the storyline, but want to finish the order list.

How do I fix this!?!?
