[2021] berserker gear reset, resources not returned

I'm sure this'll get merged with the other thread but it didn't get a response yet so thought I'd flag it separately. I had a CTD during a Paris mission, did a full restart of the Xbox, started ACV, got the spam messages about new items. All Berserker gear had gone down from level 10 to level 1. Some of the resources probably got returned but not all as I ran out of titanium when reapplying upgrades. Details and video in the other thread.
