Just to confirm, it sounds like even though you've completed those trade posts quests you're not able to fast travel to any of them. (If not, please correct me)
If so, the teams are looking into this. Images or a short video clip showing that those quests have been completed would be super helpful for their investigation. If uploading a video clip, you can try to upload it here or use something like Google Drive or upload it to Youtube as unlisted and provide me with the link here. I'd also ask that you make sure your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. Thank you so much and my apologies that you ran into this issue.
