There was a previous topic saying that this issue has been solved after TU 1.2.2, but I was unable to complete the quest, even after the latest update in 2022.
The issue is the same: after completing smash the compass, the NPC won't show up at the docks location she was suposed to spawn on.
Some people said that she might spawn in another location in Lundene, but I've been looking throughout all the docks and did not find her (even on the bridge).
