Hi @CotobyEpicFail, sorry to hear about these missing Operators. I see you play on Xbox and have made sure all addons are completely installed. I would also recommend to make sure that the gamertag you are using to play is the same one that purchased the game (or that owns a Game Pass subscription if owned via the pass instead). While the base game may be playable on different gamertags, the additional content like Operator Packages are not able to be used outside of the purchasing account. Hey @Der-Keiser thanks for stopping by. Does starting a game and then leaving (or completing one match) resolve this error every time? If you are still unable to invite and join up with your friend does the troubleshooting from above help to improve anything?

Howdy @chrisray111. With the nature of this error - you are absolutely correct! If logged into a Ubisoft account that does not have your Steam copy of the game it will show the authentication error. It sounds like your Steam copy may be on a different Ubisoft account than your older one.

This error is caused by an incorrect Ubisoft account (one that does not own the Steam copy of the game) being logged into your Ubisoft Connect launcher.
