I'm sorry you're having some trouble collecting that key even though the issue should be resolved. Given that, I'd like you to make sure your game is running on the latest update and try running through the steps in this troubleshooting guide. (They shouldn't take long at all.)
If it's still not working, please make sure your latest save is uploaded to the cloud and grab me a short video clip. You can upload the clip to something like Google Drive or YouTube and make sure it's unlisted or public, then share the link with me here. Keep me updated and thank you!
