I have started to get error code 0x00100500 when trying to accept any quests from reda or use any redeemed content even though the store shows I own it. Even looking at images shared from other players on the map triggers it.
I have a wired connection I have power cycled my xbox many times I have linked and unlinked my ubisoft account and now I'm out of ideas. 
I tried disabling quick resume and I use autosave though I did try loading a much older save and found the issue was still there. 
Can anyone please help ?

Hello @JoshMcD26! (I saw you had another thread as well so I've deleted that one to make this the primary and keep everything together.)

I know not being able to accept quests or use your content is super frustrating so thank you for reaching out to us and also for letting us know what you've already tried on your own.

I'd like you to make sure you've completed everything in the troubleshooting guide appropriate to whether you're playing on the Xbox One or the Xbox Series X/S and forward these ports. (I know you have a wired connection, but these steps still help in many cases.)

If that still doesn't fix it for you, could you grab me an image of the error to help me investigate things a little further? Thanks!
