[2020] [Missing Content]Missing Moonlight Axe

Hi, back when the first Ubi Forward event was held i watched the stream from start to end excluding the first 20mins of the show before the main event. I wanted to get the axe reward for valhalla. Unfornately there was a problem with the rewards and i remember we had to apply on a website as stated by ubisoft to get the rewards, and i did that, now the game is almost out and i still havent received the rewards and i just wish to know what can be done cause i pre ordered the game and i really want the axe. thanks
