@Sirquerly I can confirm that the issue with the game crashing during the quest 'Storming the Walls' is not a known issue.

We are aware that some PC players have experienced crashes in the game, however as with all PC crashes there are many possibilities for the cause of the crash.

A lot of the time PC troubleshooting can resolve the issue, however in some cases we need to obtain system files and investigate further. There may also be the odd occasion where a particular quest could cause the game to crash, in those cases we would generally receive a higher amount of contacts.

@Sirquerly as I mentioned there have been instances where particular quests may have caused a crash. There are also several other crash related issues that were reported by players where the game would crash in certain areas or if a specific action occurred within the game that caused it to crash. Issues such as these where multiple players are experiencing it would generally point to it being an issue with the game and the development team are more likely to be able to reproduce it, and if they can they would work on a fix.

With regards to random crashes whilst playing the game, these issues are much more difficult to reproduce and also don't affect all players. Please take into consideration that everyone has different systems and setups, so it can be more tricky to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue.

On the forum we will provide common PC troubleshooting steps to try, which in some cases it does help, however if the issue persists then we would recommend contacting our support team on a private support channel and provide them with your system files so that they can investigate further. If all troubleshooting is exhausted then the case would likely be escalated to another team to look into it further.
