I went in to play AC Valhalla yesterday after a few days break. I had completed the main story and was onto the add-ons with zero issues. Now the game is stuttering badly to the point it is unplayable. I have installed a lot of app and system updates including the latest from AMD Radeon & Windows 11, released yesterday. I have tried every possible fix I can online. The only thing I could not do is roll back the windows update. I must have deleted the files during the clean up. Is anyone else having a similar issue? Thanks in advance.
Tried the following and more besides, can;t remember everything:
Run as administrator
Disabled game overlay both in game app and Ubisoft Connect
Reset graphics to lowest and varied multiple times
Reset network adapters
Flushed DNS
Deleted all old files (temp, %temp%, prefetch)
Cleared download files
Checked and changed registry settings as per advice in on different forums and websites.
Disabled all non-essential start ups in task manager.
Tried playing ofline.

Any feedback on others with similar issues or suggestions for fix or point me to a possible fixes would be greatly appreciated.

System is adequate
Ryzen 7 3700X
Gigabyte RX5700XT Gaming OC
32gb 3600mhz RAM Corsair LPX
Samung 980 Pro M.2 NVME 1tb (Should not be the issue. Am aware of recent problems and am running the recent firmware update)
Temps and CPU/GPU Utilization all good.

@SlimK123 Hey there! I'm really sorry to hear that this stuttering is happening.

Since you've already done a handful of troubleshooting to try to fix this, I recommend just going over our PC Technical troubleshooting guide and making sure these steps are complete.

If the game still stutters, please open a new support case on our Support Website for further technical assistance. Our agents will need to see your MSInfo and DxDiag files as well, so please generate these to attach to your case.
