I'm sorry to hear that the Ezio outfit is still locked in your game. Have you ensured that you are playing Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed 2 on the same Ubisoft account that you are playing Valhalla on?

If so, and the outfit is showing as locked in the Ubisoft Connect rewards page within the game, please try logging into your account on the Ubisoft Connect website from your PC or mobile device, and try claiming the outfit from there.

Thanks for clarifying! So this only happens when playing multiplayer? The more players are in the multiplayer session, the slower the game runs? When playing in single player, is performance affected at all? Would it be possible for you to check with the other players in your multiplayer session to see if this performance drop happens for them as well?

We really appreciate the update! Our dev team wasn't able to locate the affected mission in the save file you provided- could you possibly send a save file with the mission where it only shows the two options? In addition to that, could you post a video clip showing this occurring in-game when you get to this expedition event?

I can't say for sure whether or not this issue will be fixed in the next in the next patch, but since this issue has been under investigation by the dev team for quite some time now, I wouldn't be surprised if this is something that gets patched in the next update.

Hello! My apologies for the late reply, and that you haven't heard a response on your support case just yet. We have a large backlog of contacts that our agents are currently working through but I assure you your case will be reviewed as soon as possible.

For now, I would like for you to try reinstalling the game on a different drive if possible. (We recommend installing Ubisoft Connect and the game on whichever drive your Windows operating system is installed on, usually the C drive) Test the game after this.

This may be due to the drive that it is installed on. If you have another drive such as an SSD, you could install the game there to see if it makes a difference. Hey there!

I'm really sorry to hear that the Glory Regained quest isn't progressing for you. Have you already talked to all three members of Soma's inner circle after waking up after the longhouse celebration at the end of Orphans of the Fens? Once that is done, you can talk to Soma and the quest should proceed.

If this is where you are stuck, I can suggest one workaround that was offered by a player. If you throw a body at Soma, she will become unstuck and the quest can proceed. I hope this helps!

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to pick up the lame man during the "Miracle" world event. If you reload a previous save game from before you began the world event, does the prompt to pick them up appear? How about if you reload a save from before starting the world event, but ignore it for now and complete other quests and progress a bit in the game before returning to try to complete the world event?

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't able to romance Petra the hunter!

Before this is able to be done, you'll need to complete her quest "Have You Seen This Man." Once that quest is done, you can go back to her in her hut and when you talk to her, she should have the "Shall we spend some time together?" dialog option. After that you can complete the following objective with her and eventually when talking to her again she will confess that she likes you, and from there you can choose to reject or romance her.
