[2022] [DoR] Unable to proceed in the quest 'Cold Embers' as I am missing two pieces of the key

I bought The Dawn of Ragnarok dlc. I played everything normally until this mission.
I get to Eitri and find the house that I need to investigate, I am than prompted to find a way inside. I searched online and it said I needed 3 key parts that I get from flame keepers. I killed everyone there that I found before I found the house. Now when I killed everyone again it says I have 1/3 key parts and can't proceed. I can unlock the door tho, the door opens and I can enter, but the lock on the door stays floating and the quest won't proceed. I tried everything from reloading th game, reinstall, leaving Svartalheim and coming back, doing other quests, but to no avail. I have been stuck here for some time now and I want to finish the dlc. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues proceeding in the quest 'Cold Embers'.

If you have a previous save before you started the quest then I would recommend loading that and trying again. However, if this is not possible due to losing too much progression then could you please provide a video to demonstrate the issue.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

Could you also confirm the following:

You mentioned you killed everyone before you found the house and then you killed them again. How did you get the enemies to respawn?
How did you unlock the door to the house?
