[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Holy Day Quest

I am so angry right now I can barely remain civil, 227 hours into this game playing the Holy Day quest where I need to Capture the Thegn and no matter how many times I reload a save It's busted. You hold down the Y button to tie him up and It won't tie him up. This is a game breaking bug because I'm stuck, can't progress further and I am FURIOUS!!
So much time into this game for something this stupid to screw it all up. FIX THIS ASAP UBISOFT!!!!!
