Few hours aftre Buyin 2 packs of Hellix store summing about 1500 Hellix cridits, and bought the Huldofolk Pack for about 1300Helix credit, the game frozen.
When I opened the game back. the pack was gone, my remaining helix credits were gone , and the Huldofolk pac was costin 2430 helix Credits.
Extremely unfair and demotivating... considering seriouls to cancel my Ubsot+ signature

I have checked your support case and can see that a Customer Support specialist replied to you on the 23rd February and one of your other cases was closed a duplicate. Your case has since been escalated for further investigation.
