Regarding the sound issues you mentioned, can I kindly ask you to provide us with a short video of this occurring, so we can have a look? As mentioning Reda's store, can you please confirm if you're receiving any connection errors, by any chance?

As for Helix credits, I'm glad that this issue has been resolved.
