My apologies you've gotten stuck on Defensive Measures. To start with, I'd like you to make sure your game is fully updated, verify your files, and run through the steps in this troubleshooting guide.
If you're still stuck after that, I'd ask that you grab me a video clip of what's happening and make sure your latest saves are uploaded to the cloud. You can try to upload the clip here or use something like YouTube (making sure it's unlisted) or Google Drive, etc, and provide me with the link.
