After meditating, talking with Hemming Jarl, battle begins correctly. However, whenever Hemming Jarl is under half health, he transports to other "mountain" and has full health...keeps doing the same thing. I have even kicked him off the cliff and he reappears on the other mountain with full health. Cant continue in quest.
@tequilakg I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, can you please provide a video of the issue.
Could you also try loading a previous save before you started the quest and try completing it again if possible.
