[2023] [World Event] I am still unable to pick up the lame man in the event 'Miracle'

@E-P-COX_66 as azullFR kindly mentioned, if you are unable to reload a previous save before you started the World Event then I'm afraid there is nothing further we can do as this issue was investigated by the development team, however they were unable to continue looking into a fix due to issues with higher impact.
