Hello @tornadogirl555 and welcome to Discussions.
I understand you can not complete the quest "The Lost Drengir of Ragnar Lothbrok". In order to solve the issue you need to enter the pit, kill the snakes and then find the correct spot to click the button prompt (normally on controller by pressing the right stick button).
Should the issue still persists, I would kindly ask you to send us a video that shows Eivor standing outside the pit and using Odin's sight, after having killed the snakes? You may upload the video on any hosting of your choice and just send us the link in this thread.
