[2023] [Helix Store] Received an online service error when trying to redeem free weekly item

Hi Vikings!

I can confirm that the issue with the online service error whilst trying to redeem the free weekly item is being investigated by the development team.

If you experience this error try closing and relaunching the game then try claiming the free weekly item again if you haven't already done so. However, if that does not work please try again later.

We will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that this issue wherein an error occurs when trying to claim the free weekly item should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.7.0 which will be deployed today at 12 pm UTC/GMT, 1 pm CET, 7 am EDT, 4 am PDT, and 11 pm AEST. If you are still experiencing this issue after installing the new update then please don't hesitate to share an update within this thread so we can notify the development team. When sharing a new report, please can you provide us with the a video which shows the following:

• You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the main menu screen.
• That you still receive the error whilst trying to claim your free weekly item

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
