Does anyone else have to suddenly pay again to play? I've put in roughly 100 or so hours and now I can't play unless I purchase it again. I originally paid for the ultimate edition which came with the free PS5 upgrade. That all went through as normal and now it's locked up.

Please could you confirm what platform you're now attempting to play the game on?
Is it the same PS5 console you were playing on originally?
Or have you moved from PS4 to PS5?
Please be aware that ownership doesn't transfer between platforms. So if you bought the game on PlayStation and wanted to play on Xbox or PC, you'd have to rebuy it.
