When I press the lever the orb comes out but I can't take it, the character stands still without being able to move it, after a few seconds I can move it again but if I try to take the orb it happens again.

First, @az518, were you able to try the workaround recommended by @FinkJeremia? If so, did that allow you to complete the puzzle?
If not, please let me know. We already have this issue under investigation, but if you have an affected save file I would like to make sure that I can collect those.
