[2023] Unable to mark order member 'Gunilla' or find her on the map or at the location

Hi. I've got a Problem with an order Member in ac valhalla...
I just found all notes of the order Member Gunilla... she should be at the harbour of hreopedun in the north of Legracaesterscir... I also know the exactly Spot she should be, from Videos...
My problem is... I can not mark her in the menu, there is no Sign on the map... And she is not there when I'm right at the spot she should be... It seems like a bug to me... All other order Members I found, are markable and I found them.
Hope anyone can help me, or had the same Problem and solved it.
