@savagenation69 I have looked into this for you and the development team are still investigating, we have also not received any other reports of this.
I'm afraid that this type of issue could not be resolved with a hotfix and would need to be included in a title update if the development team are able to reproduce it and fix it.

We have not received any other reports for this particular issue. I can see that two other players posted about the issue here on the forum in December, however they did not receive a response at the time and they have not reposted on the thread since, therefore I assume the issue was resolved for them.
It's possible that other players may have experienced the issue, however if an issue does not get reported to us via our support channels we would be unable to raise it with the development team.

I am also sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with the quest 'Choking the Gallows'.
I have checked and can see that the development team were unable to reproduce the issue during testing but are still investigating. I have asked if there are any further updates.
