[2023] Game crashed after completing the quest 'The Big Finish' now the door to Jotunheim is not opening

Hi @Holdeenyo apologies for the late response.

I'm also sorry to hear that your game has crashed and that you unable to proceed to Jotunheim. First of all I would recommend trying to load a previous save before you completed the last quest that you did in Asgard then try again.

However, if this is not possible or you will lose too much progression in doing this then could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

• That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen on the main menu screen before loading your save.
• Your quest log screen to see which quests are available
• Your completed quest log screen to show that the quest 'The Big Finish' was completed
• That you are unable to proceed to Jotunheim

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
