hello, I finished the main campaign over a year ago and when going over my achievements recently, noticed this story based achievement hasn't unlocked. How do I fix this. Restarting isnlt really an option after all of the time invested after this story quest

Sorry to hear that "England Subdued" achievement did not unlock for you.
Could you please confirm that you completed Hamtunscire arc? Since you finished the campaign over a year ago, I would like to ask if you have changed platform since then? If you changed platform, you need to perform an action to get the trophy/achievement on the new platform as well.
If you did not change platform and the unlock conditions were met, please perform the Connectivity troubleshooting and let us know if it helps.
