has anyone had any issue downloading games from ubisoft connect to hard drives. i tried to download valhalla on to the hard druve and its saying i dont have enough space, even though i have over a TB of free space

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues while installing the game. Have you managed to resolve your issue now?
If not, please make sure that you are downloading the game to your internal storage. Using an external drive to do it might cause issues while downloading.
Please also make sure that Ubisoft Connect has the admin rights enabled by default - it needs it to make all the necessary changes on the drive. You can find a guide on how to do it here
