I experienced dozens of crashes when playing this game. Every time I go to gear menu and want to change or upgrade my gear, the game crashes and pop up a cloud save window. This is almost 100 percent chance to happen. Now I cannot change my gear or view my items.
Another time the game crashes randomly, when I am in combat, driving a boat or in the middle of a raid.
I don't know why it is happening. I use a rtx 2080 super graphics card, win 10 system. I never overclock my cpu or gpu. I am using a xbox controller and a ds5 controller. The only chance that I can play slightly smoothly is that I use a game booster to change my network condition, but the crash will happen eventually.

Hey @TOMATo_L

I'm sorry to hear your game is crashing when trying to change gear or view the map.

Please just run through the steps in this article and just see if there's anything you haven't tried yet first of all, just to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC.

Also, I assume you haven't got both controllers connected at the same time? If so, please try disconnecting one of them.

If you still have issues after these steps, let us know here and we can create a support case for you, as we'll need to get some system files (DX Diag and MSInfo) from you to look into this further.

If you would prefer to contact us via live chat, you can do so here and we can get your files from you whilst speaking to you on there.

As live chat isn't always available, you can also reach out through a private message on Twitter or Facebook if you prefer, as that will also create a case for you and we can then get your system files off you through there.

If you do contact us through one of the above options, please mention what steps you have already done, or just provide links to those articles so they don't get suggested to you again. Also, please let us know here if you have, otherwise we will create the support ticket for you if you let us know you still need assistance.

If contacting on Twitter or Facebook messages, please provide your account username and email, so we can link the chat to a support case so you can attach the files.
