I have two issues.
I have killed all of suttungrs' outriders and did not receive the Jotun helmet.
I also cannot play a world event in Vangrinn, where I am not able to complete the mission even though I placed the little box in the room behind the waterfall.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing two issues in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
With regards to the first issue that you mentioned, I can confirm that other players have experienced this and the development team are investigating. I have forwarded your details on to them.
For the second issue that you mentioned could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video could you also show the location on the map.
