I recently had this issue 2 days ago where I can't move my cursor using either mouse or controller in the main menu, I can't seem to click anything too using keyboard. it happened for no reason (not that I know of), I've followed solutions that other player that had the same problem gave but to no avail. I tried deleting save game from both cloud and local and also uninstall and reinstalling but nothing works.
Hey @sleepy_headache, thanks for getting in touch, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about the issue you're having.
This particular matter has been indeed brought up in the past however from what I've seen, it appears that it was solely affecting console rather than PC users, therefore in order to try and troubleshoot this, can I just check whether you happen to be using any additional software to support controller input? If you do, try temporarily disabling it (for testing purposes). Also, I would suggest to try deleting your configuration file which by default should be located here, however do mind that it will reset your in-game settings.
To add, if you haven't already, give the following steps a go, starting of by verifying your game files first as well as updating your hardware drivers (make sure to also do the rest of the steps) and see if issue persists.
