[2022] No dialogue during cutscenes

Hi @stwans I'm sorry to hear that you are no longer hearing dialogue during cutscenes.

Can you please confirm the following:

• When did the issue start on update 1.5.2 or update 1.5.3?
• Does this issue only occur in cutscenes?
• What are you using for your audio output? (TV, Headphones, Speakers, Sound Bar, Surround Sound System)
• What is the audio output setting on your console? (Check in audio settings within your consoles settings)

Could you also go into the sound options in-game to check your settings and that all of the volume bars are turned up. I would also recommend enabling 'dialogue boost' to see if that helps in anyway.

I would need to know what the audio output setting is on your console as this may affect the audio output in-game.

Could you please check this and confirm what the audio output setting is (Stereo uncompressed, 5.1 uncompressed, 7.1 uncompressed and Bitstream out)
