As titled, I would like to address or suggest to address it (provided that I am not solely backed up with this issue) - the issue that has been going on since the release of Valhalla.
Mainly, there are constant textures getting blurred when it comes to model's and NPC's faces whenever the camera is far from them. I'm not sure how else to describe it; from a closeup face textures are all well balanced and sharp - from afar Eivor's eyes are somehow bigger than they originally are. This issue somehow ruins my experience. It doesnt happen within Odyssey or Origins.
Please consider looking into this issue in order to balance the graphics; not sure if the same thing happens on other platforms. The latest update which was supposed to fix "some missing HD textures" ; I thought it would resolve face-textures as well.

Hey there @deftonce, thank you for taking the time to get in touch and welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that face textures seem blurry for you in-game. To help me look into it further, could you please provide a short video showing this in action and displaying that you are on the latest version of the game?

You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site. Your current game version can be located in the lower right-hand corner of the main menu. The current update should state 1.5.0.1

I will gladly forward it over to the development team so that they can take a closer look into it. If you have any questions or run into any other issues, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Thanks for providing us with those images, @Deftonce! I can see what you mean when you zoom in and out, focusing on Eivor's face. I've forwarded these to the dedicated teams so they can take a closer look at these.

If we require any additional information from you, we'll reach out within this thread. In the meantime, any future updates will be posted via patch notes published within the News & Announcements forum.

Thanks! 😊
