[2022] Unmovable shelf in Kiltaraglen on the Isle of Skye

Hi good day,

A place in Isle of Skye, Kiltaraglen had an unmovable shelf. I think it's bug because I've searched for it already and the shelf should be beside the window. But for me it isn't. I already tried to travel to england and norway but still the bug is present. Kindly see my attached recorded clip for it. Thank you. Hoping for your immediate response.
