It's never in known issues. There are so many armour pieces that I can't find in transmog. I recently got the Charlemagne chest piece and when I went to transmog it, it wasn't there. Then I realized I have a lot of pieces missing, not just chest pieces, also capes, pants, head gear. Is Ubisoft aware of this issue for players? Why is it never in known issues?
@caybj Hey! Thank you for getting in touch, we've received reports of players who are unable to modify certain items via the Transmog system.
The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it. Once additional information becomes available, it will be posted to the game's forums.
In the meantime, our teams would like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to make further research. Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). This step will allow us to use your save files for investigations.
