[2022] silver and resources added? eh?

I just had messages on the screen about 1500 silver and "resources" being added to Eivor's inventory. Not seen that before that I remember. I had just done one of Reda's dailies but it was maybe half a minute after the kill so not clear that was the reason. My first thought was, "Oh, no, that is going to mean something's now messed up." I can't see anything messed up. No idea what got added to the inventory. Anyone else seen this?
