So I take it that each time you attempt to start the challenge, error message pops up, is that right?

If it is the case indeed, for troubleshooting purposes, if you do have access to alternative internet connection, are you able to set it up and then reattempt the challenge? Additionally, you can also give the following steps a go, and see if problem persists.
