[2021] Problems getting to Jotunheim

I have the potion to get to Jotunheim made, but every time I drink it, the game shuts down and says something like: corrupt error/file please remove disc.
I have had already started over (after deleting the file) twice, and my disc is clean. Can anyone help? Everything else that glitched got fixed in the last update so this is my only problem.
