[2022] Bought DLCs not available and show not bought in Ubisoft Connect.

Hi Guys
I don't know if anyone has this problem or just me. I bought two DLCs for AC Valhalla. These are The Siege of Paris and Wrath of the Druids. For over 2 months now, they are not available for play even though on my Ubisoft connect OWNED DLC there are displayed there as own. Clicking on GET MORE DLC, their price tags are shown in orange (which means not purchased) and not green OWNED.
I have talked with Ubisoft and it seems the agent was not interested in my compline but assumed that they thought my issue was. After, I rewrote them for clarification and made simple my compline. It is taking longer for an answer than before. Please, if someone out there can help I'll be delighted.
