[2022] [SoP] Unable to talk to Tova to start the quest 'Strangers Bearing Gifts'

I am also sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with the quest 'Strangers Bearing Gifts'.

I have checked and I'm afraid that the issue is still being investigated. I have asked the development team if they have any further updates and I will update this thread once we have more information.
