[2022] [Settlement] Icon for Hildiran’s Wares is still glowing green after completion

So, since I finally got around to completing all of the mastery challenges and buying up everything Hildiran sells at her ‘shop’, I noticed that her settlement icon in Ravensthorpe is still glowing green. I’ve completed everything for that settlement location, right? It shouldn’t be glowing green... right? If not, then this is a bug that needs fixing. I am playing the game on my XBox Series X and have TU 1.4.1 installed.
