[2022] The forgotten saga, no merchant available at Odin's rest

I've played several rounds of The Forgotten Saga, dying and returning and I even restarted it. But after the restart there is no merchant available at Odin's Rest. There's a note saying "This service is not available yet" hence I can't use memories (>1300) for building the Skills tree.
Now I can't develop the character, thus it becomes very difficult in the 3rd instance.
