Patch 1.1.2 has broken the preview videos in skills tab and abilites tab on pc. The videos are now playing at the same fps as my refresh rate (144) which causes them to become insanely fast. I can barely see what is happening in the video anymore. Setting refresh rate to 30 makes the videos play at normal speed but I don't have the patience to constantly switch refresh rates whenever I want to purchase a skill.

After investigation, the development team has confirmed that they are unable to continue looking for a potential fix for this particular issue as they must focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.
