Simple (???) issue: How to order xBox Series X/S software (specifically DLCs).

Side note: [censored] did UbiSoft do to their site. Have not used in many years, but upon returning using a browser and not the MS console built-in service, i am devastated, have spent 10-14 "wasted" hours trying to navigate the site to perform a couple of simply investigations and tasks.

Finally, attempted to purchase a couple of DLCs for Valhalla and low-and-behold after searching and searching and only finding these for the PC I said to myself "Self, why not try ordering and may the cart will allow the choice of which platform I want them for." FUTILE exercise!

Where and earth am I supposed to order what I want in the format I want???????????

I feel like I am going in circles on the website.

SOMEBODY, ANYBODY, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP. I am old but not yet senile so any aid would be GREATLY appreciated.


THEN to add insult to injury when I try to submit it says that there was no Category ! Ok, so where do I put this when I feel that this probably applies to all games. There is no general (applies to all games) category. AND the list, although nicely done in terms of indenting to aid in find things is soooooo damn long that it takes exorbitant amount of time find a category (collapsable list highly recommended).

@MeBeDoomed Hey, welcome to Discussions! I sincerely apologize for our delayed response. It looks like this post got buried in the others. I'm also sorry that you were having trouble purchasing the DLC for your preferred platform. If you're playing on Xbox Series X|S, I would suggest purchasing your content/DLC directly through the Xbox/console store, rather than our Ubisoft store website. Please let me know if you are still having trouble with this. I am happy to help look into it further.
