Okay so, I saw a few people having a similar issue as I am with ulfberhts sword mystery, only they have already collected the sword and can’t get the mystery to complete…I cannot collect the mystery quest for some reason (I also have not collected the sword yet). I have read the paper on the ground at pruvins fort, and examined the swords.. the map didn’t show up on the paper at all when I examined it either 
also, on a PS4 if that matters.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Ulfberht Sword mystery. As far as I understand you have not received the map that gives you access to the River Rhine?
I would kindly ask you to record a short video, upload it on any third party hosting of your choice and send us a link so we can investigate this further. Please also make sure that your latest saves are uploaded to the cloud.
